Our customer service team provides a help line facility as well as sales and technical advice. In addition, local representatives in worldwide locations help support our substantial export activities.
We have taken great pains to ensure that our equipment meets or exceeds all current applicable laws and regulations. In particular, we have been assessed and approved to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 quality management systems, standards and guidelines. In addition, our machines carry a CE mark and meet the requirements of Year 2000 compliance.
